We believe prayer is essential to everything we do at Christ Community. Prayer forms the foundation for all ministry
in the church. In Isaiah God refers to His house as a house of prayer. As God's house we must be a house of
prayer. Prayer ministry brings joys, concerns, and needs before our Lord. We recognize that He is the source of
all comfort, peace, and enabling. By praying together we call on His power rather than our own. Prayer ministry's
primary purpose is to continually emphasize the importance of prayer and ensure the body is continally engage in prayer.
This is done through a variety of means:
Prayer Partners - Prayer Partners is our emergency prayer ministry. Partners are individuals
who form a "phone tree" to pray for others during times of special needs. All prayer requests are kept confidential.

Prayer Calendar - Prayer Calendar is a monthly
publication listing a specific prayer request for each day of the month. This gives each of us an organized opportunity
to bring Christ Community and its various ministries before our God. This encourages unity and oneness of purpose.
You are welcome to submit a prayer request for next month's
prayer calendar. Please keep the requests general-about a specific ministry or event. Just fill out the prayer
request form below. If you have a personal prayer request please use the staff and prayer partners prayer submission
